Introduction of Resin Coated Sand

Some studies have shown that the strength of resin self-hardening sand increases with the increase of resin content, but the strength increases slowly when the amount of resin is added. For foundry factories, the increase of resin consumption will also greatly increase the production cost.

In order to reduce the production cost of the enterprise and meet the production needs, the amount of resin in the Ceramsite(foundry sand) for lost foam can be reduced by 45-60%.
