Re: It's TPR cushion. No, no glue using. There is a round groove on the brush paddle for fixing the cushion. Picture showing below.

Re: The pins are fixed into the hairbrush by iron nail. For cushion hairbrush, the pins are also fixed into the hairbrush by iron nail without glue.
