The unit adopts a one-time molding process and can continuously produce polyethylene composite bubble (cushion) film. The machine structure design is scientific, practical and reasonable.
Features
1. The machine has stable performance, durability, high composite strength, and no air leakage between bubbles;
2. Strong adaptability to raw materials (LDPE, LLDPE, recycled plastics);
3. Choose different flower reel molds to produce a variety of bubble specifications in the range of φ7-30mm;
4. Order the corresponding models to produce bubble composite aluminized film, bubble composite pearl cotton and other multilayer composite films;
5. Unique flip-type winding mechanism, simple and convenient operation;
6. One machine has both water-cooling and air-cooling methods; water-cooling can improve production efficiency, and the bubble film produced is strong and transparent; air-cooling can meet the requirement of producing bubble film without water;
7. The whole machine is controlled by frequency conversion and speed regulation, effectively reducing energy consumption.
