HUMWPE fiber fabric is made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber (HUMWPE), also known as high-strength and high-modulus polyethylene fiber. It is made of polyethylene with a molecular weight of 1,000,000-5,000,000, and its specific strength is ten times that of steel, and its specific modulus is only less than that of super carbon fiber. It has the characteristics of high strength, high modulus, low elongation at break, impact resistance, cutting resistance, UV resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, wear resistance and so on.

With 200D, 400D, 600D, 800D, 1000D, 1500D, 3000D UHMWPE fiber as material, there are plain, twill, satin and other weaving methods, mainly used in bulletproof vests, bulletproof helmets, light armor, sports equipment, ropes, cables, sails , filters, etc.
